Remice

Terms of Use

Version 1, 7 November 2026

These terms apply when you use Remice, the app that turns an iPhone into a trackpad for a Mac. Remice asks you to agree to them when it first opens, and again if they change in a way that matters. If you don't agree, don't use Remice.

Alpha software

Remice is an early release. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that it will work without interruption or errors, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.

What you are responsible for

Remice moves the pointer, clicks and presses keys on your Mac on behalf of the phone you pair with it. Use it only on Macs you own or are allowed to control, and only with phones you trust. You are responsible for what is clicked, typed or changed on your Mac while you use it.

No liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the makers of Remice are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it or not being able to use it, including lost work or data, or anything done by an accidental click, gesture or key press.

Changes

We may change, add or remove features, introduce pricing, show ads, or stop offering Remice, at any time and without notice. Remice checks for updates; a version that is too old can stop working until you update it. If these terms change in a way that matters, Remice will ask you to agree again.

Ending

You can stop using Remice at any time. Uninstall from its menu removes it and everything it keeps on your Mac.

Apple

Remice is not made, affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. Mac, macOS and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.
